Courtney Jean x A. Toler Photo Spring Styled Shoot

This styled shoot was rooted in a vision that felt distinctly spring, something whimsical, playful, romantic, and full of life. Led by Courtney Jean, every detail was thoughtfully curated to reflect a fresh and elevated take on the season. Together, we leaned into a color palette of green, yellow, and pink, creating a design that felt both vibrant and intentional. Courtney’s use of layered, rich textures brought depth to the overall aesthetic, resulting in something dynamic, bold, and undeniably beautiful.

The details were what truly brought everything to life. Jewelry from Golden Hour Jewelers featured true diamonds and emeralds, adding a refined, heirloom quality to the look. These pieces paired seamlessly with the high-end, elegant bridal gowns from Evermore, worn effortlessly by Adeline Feltman. Each element felt considered and cohesive, striking that balance between playful creativity and timeless sophistication.

In place of a traditional wedding cake, Courtney collaborated with Charity Fent Cake Designs to create a cake cup tower, an unexpected and artful twist that felt perfectly aligned with the overall vision. From there, every detail continued to build on itself. The stationery suite by St. Croix Designs, based in Nashville, added a thoughtful, tactile layer to the shoot, while hair and makeup by Kaylee and Ashley completed the look with a soft, polished finish that elevated the entire experience.

From a photography perspective, the focus was on honoring the artistry of every vendor involved. Each detail was documented with intention, from the intricate paper goods to the sparkle of the jewels. It was less about rushing through a shot list and more about creating space to explore. I found so much joy in slowing down, playing with light, experimenting with editorial posing, and simply enjoying the process of creating together.

The setting itself only added to the magic. Tucked into a quiet corner of the historic barn at Haseltine Estate, a stunning vine-covered backdrop and the most beautiful natural light created the perfect environment for this vision to come to life. It felt intimate, inspiring, and effortlessly romantic, the kind of space that invites you to linger just a little longer.
